 Today Mr. Hary checked our manual ( written ) reflection. I got 8/8 but I still have to update my blog. Aldo and Reagan performed their pentatonic today because they did not do it on Tuesday.

Today I performed my pentatonic song. I had some time to practice, before the assessment. There will be no music instrument class today because there is an assessment. I hope I did good in my assessment. :D

 Today we submitted our booklet about Asian music. Some people practiced their pentatonic song. On 22 November we will perform our pentatonic song.   ^_^

11 November 2011, Friday


 Today we heard Jesslynn sing the song for the singing assessment. We discussed about the booklet and watched videos.     :D

8 November 2011, Tuesday


 Today I sang the Japanese song 'Hama Chi Dori' for the singing Asian song assessment. I was the LAST to perform and  I was so nervous but i think I did good, I got  9.5/10.       ;D

4 November 2011, Friday


Today the Violin and Woodwind group performed their Pentatonic song. We also practiced singing the two songs again and again, we don't do much. -_-"

Today we practiced singing the two songs again but we did it in groups too. We sang 'Hama Chi Dori' the Japanese song and 'Little Silver Moon Boat' ( I think that's the title ) the chinese song.

Today we practiced singing two asian songs, a Japanese and Chinese song. We will have to make a booklet on Asian music and have another singing assessment.   >:P

Today we practiced our own pentatonic song, the Guitar and Piano group did it, but the Violin and Woodwind group will dod it next  time.

Today we did the assessment for the Pentatonic Song. I also got my score for the Reflection and Evaluation stage in the book but not in the blog yet. ;)

Today we don't have instrument class. In theory class we just revised the Javanese, Chinese pentatonic and how to make a Pentatonic song. Mr. Hary also checked my composition.

Today Mr.Hary showed us an example of a Chinese Pentatonic he made. We didn't do much today.

Today i got my score for the written test and got 8/8. We will have to make our own Pentatonic and it is due next week.

Today we checked the written test. After that we discussed about  Pentatonic. We learnt a Chinese and Javanese Pentatonic. In the instrument class we practiced the Chinese and Javanese pentatonic. :D

Today we performed the Indonesian ethnic song, my partner was Halya. We played the song 'Suwe Ora Jamu' and I think we did good.  :D

Today Mr. Hary was absent, Ms. Melvina substituted. We did the written test again and it was easier because i know what it is about. Mr. John wasn't there too, Mr. Danang substituted.

Today we reviewed the scale tonic triad and transpose because we will do the written test again. I saw the assessment scores and I think I did good.

Today we checked the assessments we have done. Now we have to perform an Indonesian ethnic song. We choose the groups and song. We have to perform it on the 4th week of September. :I

Today Mr. Hary told us to make a blog about the reflections in Music class. I will have to update it each week. So now I have to copy all the reflections I wrote into the BLOG ! :p
We also corrected the test but don't know the score yet.

Today we did the written test it wasn't so hard for me. I think doing the B flat scale was confusing    for me. : )

Today we learnt about Tonic Triads and Transpose. We will have a written test about that and scales on 13 September.

Today we submitted the booklet and the Woodwind group had to redo the Presentation. Also Mr. Hary is back from India.

Today the Violin and the Woodwind group presented their Powerpoint. Mr. Sadrakh taught us because Mr. Hary was in India.

Today we just discussed about the Powerpoint Presentation on Indonesian Music, not only that but we also have to make the booklet too.

Today some of the class performed the "Indonesia Pusaka" song, I did my reflection after my performance and I got 9.5 out of 10. The good thing is that we have Instrument class! :D

Today in music we practiced the "Indonesia Pusaka" song again. We also reviewed the C, D, and G major scales. Next week we are going to sing the "Indonesia Pusaka" song alone! :0

    Today in music we sang the song "Indonesia Pusaka". We sang it a few times, and we didn't have the music instrument class so I brought my guitar for nothing.
